I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but being close to the car park made it loud with the window open. The staff was friendly, with some exceptions. The location was excellent, near a beautiful park, but some minor annoyances like squeaky floorboards. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were pure perfection, with a spa bath and canapés, making our guest room amazing. The wedding breakfast buffet and morning breakfasts were sublime. I stayed in the Sandringham room with a four-poster bed and Jacuzzi bath for two nights, which was a free upgrade. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel was spotless. I will definitely book this hotel again for the next Thurford Christmas show or a relaxing weekend getaway.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although a bit small, had all the necessary facilities for a short stay. The highlight was the comfortable bed, delicious food, and the welcoming and friendly staff who even made our dog feel at home. However, the lack of proper cooling made the room a bit too warm despite the small portable fan.
